Replacement Policy

Product Eligibility:

We ensure that all products reach you in their original condition. However, if you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement.

Timeframe:

Replacement requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to process any replacement requests.

Replacement Process

Initiation:

To initiate a replacement, please share a video of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product with our customer support team within the eligible timeframe. In some cases, the issue may be related to product usage, and our team can assist you in resolving it.

If we confirm the product is indeed faulty:

Option A:

Ship the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product in its original packaging (including the product box and all accessories) to the following address:
Amir Mart, Mandi Bahauddin, Pakistan.

Once we receive the product, we will process your replacement within 2 working days, free of charge.

Option B:

We will schedule a replacement within 14 working days. Please ensure the product is packed in its original packaging (including the product box and all accessories) for pickup by the courier service.

Important Note:

We do not offer replacements for “change of mind” requests.

Refund Policy
